Carla Horta will carefully listen to your wishes and give you her professional advice. If you are not  satisfied with  the result of the Service, you will not be entitled to a refund. Should you wish for any corrections, such additional Services will be subject to additional charges.Any complaints should be made within ten days of the original booking.
