Rules and regulations
The customer is deemed to be present 10 minutes before the appointment.
- There is a waiting period of 10 minutes after the appointed time has started.
- If the customer does not appear or is not timely canceled on time (at least 24 hours in advance), an amount of € 50.00 will be charged.
- Carla covers up to 5 to 7 clients per day. The choice to work without staff is a personal choice.
- For the month of December, it is advisable to schedule an appointment already from August i.v.m. It gets very busy around the holidays.
- Prices are subject to alteration.
- This is a full concept Hairsalon, meaning that: If the client refuses any type of work from full price it will NOT influence the final price.
